The General Admission registration fee for the convention is $125 per person for the entire weekend (Thursday, May 1 – Sunday May 4). And, for the first time we will be offering a VIP registration for $225 which will include additions from the standard registration including early access to Residence Suites booking!
We arranged discounted room rates at the hotel for our event and the hotel is also offering the discounted rates for adjacent days in case you would like to spend the week at the Cape! Additionally, passes for the water park at the hotel will be offered for a discounted rate of $20 for all weekend!
NERPHC discounted rates for standard single or double rooms (rates include nightly resort fees):
- Mon. Apr. 29 – Thu. May 1: $174/night + tax
- Fri May 2 & Sat. May 3: $204/night + tax
- Sun. May 4 & Mon. May 5: $174/night + tax
For a 3rd/4th person in the room, an additional charge of $20/night/person + tax will be added.
Because the hotel is still being renovated and migrated to Margaritaville, details for booking rooms will not be available until August, and details on meal plans will be announced shortly!
